Rajesky & Associates Ltd. is a fee appraisal practice established in 1982 involved in the valuation of all types of real property. Our team of appraisal professionals are each members in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and all maintain professional liability insurance. We have a full time staff of seven and also have an alliance with Pro-Tax Realty Advisors, a real estate tax consulting firm.

Valuations and consulting services are provided for a variety of purposes, including mortgage financing, estate and tax planning, family law, power of sale, asset reviews, assessment appeals and litigation support.

Our client base includes financial, legal, development and accounting firms, as well as private corporations and individuals.  Our areas of expertise include apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings and industrial properties, as well as land, raw and at development stage. We also have a residential division, which focuses on the valuation of single family homes.
